THE NORTH WEST'S PREMIER MOTORCYCLE CLUB
THE SEAN FODEN MEMORIAL DAY IN AID OF NORTH WEST AIR AMBULANCE
The Sean Foden Memorial Day. Zoe Goodwin has organised the Ride in Paradise Sean Foden Memorial Fun Day to raise money in memory of Sean, who died in a motorbike crash on the A556 on May 7 last year. The passionate motorcyclist was a member of the IT support team at Mid Cheshire College, which is helping Zoe and her family hold the event on May 10.
Zoe, who was due to marry Sean on August 16 last year, said: “Knowing it’s all for Sean makes me really proud. The fun day will be held at the college’s Hartford campus from noon to 6pm on Saturday, May 10.
Attractions include a motorcycle display, Vectra display, bouncy castle, bouncy slide, bucking bronco, live music from college students and a first aid display.
There will be a variety of stalls, including hook the duck, name the bear, sweets, fancy goods, books, a white elephant, face painting, hair braiding and men’s hair cutting. There will also be a raffle and a double tombola. All proceeds will go to the North West Air Ambulance, a charity that Sean supported.
Along with this, Streetfighters Cheshire Mcc held a Stand at Zoe's Event in memory of Sean and in aid of North West Air Ambulance and helped to contribute to the overwhelming sum of £5000.00 that was raised on the Saturday alone.
With two of our very own members, Edd Mugridge and Oliver Kendrick, dressing up as the characters Woody and Buzz from Disney Pixars Toy Story to entertain the children with.
